Default Knee supports

Hi Guys,

Well I’ve had 3 lessons back after my fall (would have had five, but I had to go away for 2 weeks) and I’m having a bit of trouble rising to the trot. I broke my tibia platto, and when I rise it hurts in that joint area. So I’ve had to sit to the trot (witch I hate!). And I was wondering if a nee support would help until my nee gets strong again?

Was also wondering if anyone has had an injury like this and how long did it take for you to be able to start rising to the trot again? I don’t know anyone else that has had this injury before so can’t talk to anyone about it.

Thanks in advance
