Default leasing a horse

Hi all,
I have been reading all the posts on dressage IT for a while now but have never really posted anything. I have a query regarding lease agreements and thought that maybe someone out there can help. not sure if this is the right place or not but here goes
my dilemma is this:
I am looking to lease my horse for six months and have a lady interested, we have drawn up a lease agreement which we both agree upon except the part about insurance. i want my horse to be fully insured with 60% loss of use cover as well, this isnt cheap but legally beneficial for both parties. when i rang the insurance company they said that the insurance policy needs to be in her name and she is responsible for paying. she feels differently and thinks that i should pay the insurance. help not sure what the go is as i have never leased out a horse before. any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.

cheers
